Team Alice and Team Egg Nog today had a surprise visit from the man who, in essence, invented the Footy 370t - Sir Andy. It was his vision and inspiration that led him to stick a twig in the hull that is now the current world champion "Alice" and leave it at the headquarters of Team Measures. He came by to inspect the build schedule of Lord Wormspray and was was very impressed. "My my these boats have come a long way since my day" he mused, and that was that!
The surprise visit was prompted by rumours of rule infringement, so a visit by Team Measures and the CHIEF SCRUTINEER Mr.Andy RN Retired for the 2012 series was called for.
